Just did a batch of pale ale OG:1.053->-SG:1.017. Pitched at like 62, settled down to about 58 in ~3 days. Just an FYI, not sure it works well much below there...And yes I know it's advertised as such I just figured it be a little slower. I guess I'll switch to pacman for the winter.
 
I pitched a quart starter of Denny's at 60 degrees and it went from 1.062 to 1.040 in 10 days. I bumped it up to 66 and it is still bubbling away every 20 seconds 2 1/2 weeks later. I'm bummed.
 
I have used it in a few batches now and have liked it, just isn't working for me at these temps. Pacman I hear is good down into the high 40's and I think they have similar characteristics.
