Pilsner Urquell recipe that is tried and true??

Here ya go:

5 gallons All-grain @ 75% eff

9 lbs pilsner malt
.25 lb CaraFoam/CaraPils malt

2 oz Saaz 3.5%AA @ 60 minutes
1 oz Saaz 3.5%AA @ 30 minutes
1 oz Saaz 3.5%AA @ 10 minutes

Wyeast 2278 or 2001 yeast

Mash 128F 15 minutes, decoct to 148F for 60 minutes, decoct to 168F for 10 minutes
Single temp alternative 150F for 75 minutes

Ferment, lager, enjoy. :mug:
 
7.5 lb. Pils
0.5 lb. Munich
0.5 Carapils

1 oz. Saaz at 60, 30, 10, 0 (43 IBU)

WLP833 Bock

1hour mash at 152. No decoction necessary.

Not sure if its just like PU, but its more tasty IMHO.
 
Anyone have a 2 gallon recipe of Pilsner Urquell? I am giving this to my brother for his birthday next month and I don't want to tie up my 5 gallon brew kit. TIA
