3.00 lb Honey (1.0 SRM) Sugar 25.00 %

I think that 1# of honey malt might be a little much. If you have never used it before, put in a 1/2# and add more 2-row. You can adjust your second batch if necessary...
 
I just cooked one up myself... lol... I used 2# of honey malt AND honey. It smells and tastes like a braggot (well it is I guess). I actually can't wait until its aged, carbed, and cold... I think it'll be pretty good!
