With my all grain brewing I'm using a single decoction for all my recipes, currently all under 1.060. Any advantages to using a double or triple decoction process for these lighter gravity beers?
 
that depends on what you are trying to accomplish. using a decoction is just another way to step mash. adding an acid rest or a protein rest may not help you any. if you haven't noticed any problems with the end result, don't complicate the brew process more than you need to.
