Did a nice Extract Scotch ale... not bad by the sample.

Question - is it best to store bottled beer as it conditions in 65-70 temps are should I get colder (im thinking the garage)

Once it's bottled I quit worry about the temp so much. Unless you get it really warm, you're probably not going to see off flavors from the amount of fermentation going on in the bottle. Room temp (whatever it is in your house) is probably just fine. For lagering/aging - keep 'em cold.

:) In Phoenix, room temp is around 75 to 80 unless you crank up the A/C and bring your electric bill over $200/ month
