Just found out my beer's been requested at a picnic today, we're leaving in about an hour... I took 3 six packs from about 68 degrees downstairs and put them in the fridge, they'll have maybe an hour and 15 minutes in there... any way I can figure out how cold they'll get by then? I'm nervous that it's not going to stand up well to being served warm.

Plus I'm realizing we don't have an ice chest. Maybe I can pick one up on the way...

I think that you will want an ice chest. You can cool them down pretty quickly with an mixture of ice and water in an ice chest. Good Luck!

put them in a cooler, fill with ice to the base of the neck, add water to about 1/2 the ice depth, and close the lid. they will cool faster that way than in the fridge.
