I'm drinking my second bottle of my Baltic Porter and it is easily the best beer I have ever made. I plan on making it again as soon as I can lager again. The only thing is that I made it as part of a parti-gyle, but now that I have the parti-gyle bug out of my system, I'd prefer to just brew this as a simple single infusion. I want to know if I need to adjust the recipe in any way make the same beer. I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but I want to make sure.
 
I take it was the first runnings? If so brew on, just left sugars behind that could be agood table beer.
 
If you know your OG, efficiency, and what went into the mash tun I don't see why it would be hard...
