Congrats! I remember my first AG day.. it was terrible and I fly sparged way too fast and ended up having to add in extract anyway to bring me up to proper OG.
I've gotten much better at it since then. I only have a 5g, so I had to go fly sparge. Hoping to pick up a 10g soon.
