Kegerator connection type swap

For reasons out of my control, I ran out of all homebrew and won't have anymore for 4 weeks at least. Having said that, I bought a 1/4 sanke keg of commercial brew and had to lop off my lines to fit my sanke tap on the lines. My co2 distribution thingy has an extra connection I tapped onto, but I'm wondering what kind of quick connect / disconnect fittings I can use for the beer side to swap the sanke with a ball lock easily in the event this happens again in the future?

Use a new tailpiece that you can swap back and forth with the corny QD. Something like this can convert it to this.
