Just put this brew in the fermentation bucket, and pitched it it smelled wonderful. I cant wait for a taste.

APA Holiday Beer
2.0 Gallons
.50 Gallon boil

Ingredients:
1.75 lbs. American 6-row Pale
0.05 lbs. American Caramel 120°L
0.05 lbs. Chocolate Rye Malt
Add above ingredients to cold water bring to 150 degrees and Steep @ 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
0.10 lbs. Honey
0.05 lbs. Dark Brown Sugar
0.05 lbs. Molasses
2.00 lbs. Amber Extract
1.00 oz. Cascade (Pellets, 5.50 %AA)
Add above ingredients to 150 degree wort and bring to slow boil for 60 minutes.
4.00 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
2.00 tsp. Vanilla
0.25 tsp. Allspice
0.25 tsp. Ginger
0.25 tsp. Nutmeg
0.25 tsp. Clove
0.25 tsp. Cocoa
0.20 oz. Liberty (Pellets, 4.00 %AA)
Add above ingredients to slow boil continue to slow boil for 30 minutes.
0.20 oz. Crystal (Pellets, 3.25 %AA)
0.50 oz. Irish Moss
Add above ingredients to slow boil for the last 15 minutes.
