I had a bells starter on my stir plate and forgeting my ferm chamber is at 75 right now I put it in there. The stater smells pretty estery. Can the yeast still be used?

If you're going by the smell test, decant the liquid off and re-pitch into a 2nd starter then smell it again.

Just about all of my starters ferment at 70-75*F. Just cold crash and decant most of the starter beer off the cake before swirling up the yeast prior to pitching.
