Hi. So I have a 6.5 gallon carboy that was infected maybe 6 months ago with lactobacillus. I bleached it real well after that and its just been sitting unused ever since.
Do I run a risk of infecting my next batch of beer by using this carboy? It should be fine if I just clean it real well, right?
