New to making wine and wondering how to choose a type of grape to use? Is there a way to know how many pounds of grapes, per type, would be needed per gallon of wine?

grape wines are made from the juice of the grapes it usaly takes about 16 to 18 lbs of grapes to make 1 gallon of wine.
