March is probably slightly higher quality, and also more expensive. Chugger is what I've got. Chugger really seals the deal on customer service. I would go chugger. They have no problem trouble shooting or even replacing pumps as needed.

^ What he says... I have a March but Chuggers are just as good and a bit cheaper. Their Customer Service is also outstanding. Either way you wont go wrong, they will both do an excelent job for a good long while if you don't run them dry. Have fun and post up some pics of what you are building.

A bit? I thought the SS ones were about 1/2 the price! If it was me I would go chigger based on price, only problem for me is the don't do a 230V or ship internationally! :D

Looks like we have a winner. I will defiantly post some pics when the pump comes in

Picking up a pump is easy to do by yourself, no help needed, just bend at the knees.

March or Chugger. Can't go wrong with either.

Half the price? I wish. March and Chugger are pretty close in price. March 815 PL is $159.99 from Austin Homebrew and Chugger SS Inline is $154 including shipping ($139+ship). I think my LHBS has Chuggers for $159.99.

Your comparing apples with oranges there.
All centre inlet (as that was what the OP was looking at in the pics)
March Polysulfone - 815 PLC ~ $145
March SS - 815 SSC ~ $355
Chugger SS ~ $145
So yep chugger is less than half the price of a SS March.
