I have 1-1/4, 1-5/8, 13/16, 5/8 greenlees. These are exceptional for punching clean holes through stainless. Usually used for electric brewery setups but could also be used for putting a valve in I imagine.
If you bring the kettle/fermenter/whatever to my house I'll be happy to punch a hole in it free of charge.
