Bottling Saison?

I have a saison that I used 3724 on and its at 1.008. I have not check the gravity for three days because with the characteristics of this yeast it will be the same regardless. In the last two weeks it went from 1.011 to 1.008. Is this low enough to not worry about bottle bombs? Also will this take forever to carb because of the 3724?
