Beersmith - Cant preview brewsheet?

I am on the recipe view of one of my recipes in Beersmith and when I click on preview brewsheet nothing happens. Therefore, I cant print anything either. What is going on?

It happened to me and I fixed the problem. You basically have to uninstall and re-install the program, but make sure you save/export your recipes and you should probably write down your serial/registration # before you uninstall....hope this helps.
