unibroue yeast

Does anyone know if Unibroue's La Fin Du Monde uses the same yeast for bottle conditioning as for fermentation? I was thinking of trying to culture it out of the bottle, but sometimes breweries use different yeast for conditioning and I don't want to go through with it if it is differerent. Does anyone know, or had any luck trying it with this brand?

Unibroue uses at least two different strains of yeasts for their beers. See this thread for insight.

I may have answered you on tastybrew(if you asked there today).
If you use it start small and step up so as not to stress the yeast. La Fin du Monde is a big beer so that yeast has already worked hard. Mine tasted great, it just wouldn't carb in the bottle
