First time using Safale

I normally go with White Labs, but my LHBS didn't have the yeast I wanted so he recommended Safale S04. I started out with a 1.041 OG and it's now 9 days later (each day 66-68 F) and it's at 1.022. Now I've had high FG, but never this high. Is there a way to jumpstart my yeast or should I add some trub from my last batch?
