So here is my grain bill, and the hops im gonna be using. I need help on deciding the order i put the hops in, and the amount. Its from an ingredient list, i just dont know the details. From what ive read, out of these Fuggles is the better for bittering, so im assuming thats at the 60 min mark. Now here is where i get confused. Id put the kent goldings in at 15 for the aroma. Now if i am dry hopping, do i also dump some hops in at the 1 min mark of boil for flavour? Or since im dry hopping do i leave out that last addition entirely?

Grain
8.5 lb 2-row
0.75 lb crystal 10°L
0.75 lb carapils/dextrine

Hops
Kent Golding
Fuggles
Spalt (dry hopping)

15 minutes is a flavor add, not an aroma add. Aroma adds are in the 5-0 minute time frame. My experience has been that dry hopping is not a substitute for aroma adds. You need both.

I'd use some Fuggles at 5 minutes.
