Hello
Does anyone know of a vendor that makes a tri clover thermowell that a Blichmann Brewmometer could screw or at least be set into? I have a 10 gallon blichmann that I changed to a thermowell to run off a controller. I want to put my brewmometer on my new kettle which has a 1 inch tri clover ferrule. If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

1/2"-20 is is a fine thread pitch. The threads are straight and there are 20 threads per inch or TPI. Coincidentally you will see TPI on saw blades but that means teeth per inch.

The Brewer's Hardware adapter is a pipe thread. 1/2" NPT, or national pipe thread, has 14 TPI and has a tapered thread. You could probably thread them together good enough to make a seal but you would ruin both parts in the process.
