The North Koreans are famous for this sort of thing. Kim Chong Il (a$$hole) puts on national "pageants" every year, where the entire stadium participates in similar displays. Instead of promoting a big industrial giant like this southern version, the pageants celebrate communism, the "Great Leader," and the "Dear Leader."
