It's been 4 weeks since I started my Marzen. I had it sitting at around 50-55 degrees for about 3 1/2 weeks, then brought it up to around 65 for 3 days. It's been sitting in the frig now at around 38 degrees for a couple days. I checked the gravity and it's 1.032 the OG was 1.060. I was going to rack this to a secondary today but I think I may have to take it out of cold storage and raise the temp to 50 again. FG on this is supposed to be closer to 1.020.

Thoughts anyone? can I fix this? I think I may have done the diacetyl rest too early.
 
I usually do the diacetyl rest after about 10-12 days, depending on the gravity.

You want to do the rest while the yeast still has some activity left in it and some sugars are left.
