Hello all. So I think my next batch I want to primary ferment from a glass carboy with a blow off tube.
1. Do you just pitch the yeast in a regular 6.5 gallon plastic bucket and then dump with funnel into the glass carboy or just dump the yeast through the little carboy hole?
2. What methods do you use to aerate the wort?
