I've had a min-max indoor-outdoor thermometer on my aging chest for a month or so. I was seeing minimums in the chest below freezing. Which is flat out impossible and I was thinking I would need to replace the thermometer. So, yesterday I'm in the chest doing some QA sampling

The sensor was sitting on top of THAT keg right next to the relief valve.
