Made a Homebrew Idea Generator

So why the f^ck not. I'm doing it. Starting with 1 gallon because who knows what this will taste like.

I could do a dark sour beer, but I'm taking this suggestion as making a lambic that's just base and chocolate.

So here it is:

F^cking Lambic

1 Gallon
OG: 1.045
FG: 1.005
8 IBU

1lb extra light DME
2oz chocolate malt(maybe pale chocolate)

1/2oz willamette at 5min
Maybe dryhop with the remaining 1/2 before bottling.

Either just dregs from a lambic or a bit of 3711 slurry with the dregs.

Depending on what chocolate malt I use it would bring it between 16 and 25 SRM.

I don't make many stouts for some reason so I don't know how I should dose this. I'm just going for some light roast. If this was an all grain grist 2oz would be around 7%
