Here she is. It's a partial-mash recipe. The reason for the rather odd bittering hop choices is based on my current inventory. I've heard that the Wyeast London ESB strain is, oddly enough, not good for this recipe---but I do have a vial of White Labs British Ale yeast that I got from a local brewpub's brewmaster, so I could always toss that into a starter and see what happens.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
