Due to a mistake with a recent order. I have 20lbs of crushed grain (10lb Belgian pils, 7lb red wheat, 3lb victory malt).

Any suggestions on what to make? Currently I'm doing 5gal batches, but all I lack to move up to 10gal is a new mash tun. So either a 5 or 10gal recipe would work.

I was thinking of an american wheat, but I'm not sure if the victory would throw me too far off style. More importantly I'm wondering what it would taste like.

You can always save the victory for something else.

I say brew the American style wheat with the pils and the Red wheat and save the rest for something else.

I should have been more specific, all of the grains are in one bag. I ordered them for 3 different recipes, but now I have to use them as one.
