I was going to brew Yoopers Lakefront IPA but my $$ dictated that I do a citra IPA so this is what I brewed.

1lb Pale LME @60
7lbs Pale LME @ flameout

.5lb Carapils
.5lb White Wheat
.75lb Crystal 15L
.25lb maltodextrin

.5oz magnum 14.4 AA @60
.5oz perle 6.5 AA @60
1oz citra @15
1oz citra @5
whirlfloc @5

So to dry hop I have of course more citra, also I came across some simcoe. What do you guys think I should do for dry hop one or the other or both? Its going into a keg after fermentation. Please give me your opinions :) :mug:

Use the simcoe so the you get aroma from both. I love citra as a late addition, or a dry hop, but I still blend it with other hops for added aroma depth.

I just kicked a keg of pale ale that I dry hopped with and oz each of Citra and Simcoe. By far the best pale ale I've made so far.
