I am building bcs to manage my propane build and was wondering what SSRs folks would recommend for purchasing? I will be using them for my two pumps and my two burners.

Mine is an electric/gas hybrid. My HLT, HEX, and pump are all electric, connected to SSR's and controlled by the BCS-460. The burner for the boil is natural gas fueled and is manually controlled. As for SSR's, you'll need one for your pump but I don't believe you'll need them for solenoid valves for your burners. I could be wrong but I think they're all low voltage and you can probably control them directly with the BCS. These are the type of SSR's I used for my pumps and the 120v 1500w elements:
