This recipe was intended as a straight Brooklyn Lager clone, but then I decided to add some Amarillo at the end to give it that Austin Style. The style has been described as an "Americanized Vienna Lager"

11 Lbs 2-row
7 Lbs Vienna Malt
2 Lbs CaraMunich 40
Mash 1L water Per Lb of grain at 150F for 60 minutes

-25 minutes 1 oz Hallertau at 3.9 AA
-10 minutes 1 oz Hallertau at 3.9 AA
Dry 1 oz Cascade at 7.5 AA
