This recipe was intended as a straight Brooklyn Lager clone, but then I decided to add some Amarillo at the end to give it that Austin Style. The style has been described as an "Americanized Vienna Lager"

Boil 90 minutes
-60 minutes 1 oz Cascade at 7.5 AA

-10 minutes 1 oz Hallertau at 3.9 AA
