insect control?

This morning I was trimming some of the bottom leaves off my bines, and I noticed than a few of the leaves I cut off had clusters of yellow insect eggs on the bottom side. Should I spray insecticide on the plants, and if so what is safe for hops?

They may not be harmful to the plant but just in case, I would either wipe them off or use a spray of water to blow them off. Just be careful not to break the bines. ;)
