Can anyone tell me the Max amount that they can fit in a chest freezer and what those dimensions are.

It looks to me that both of these will hold (3) 6.5g carboys with various degrees of extra space.

I'm estimating
41 x 19 x 36 for the squat model

6.5g carboys are 13 dia x 27" (with airlock)
Cornies are 8.5" dia x 27"
