Brewing this weekend with no other primary fermentors and was wondering if I could use a 7G plastic bucket. When I began I used it about 2 times to sanitize equipment so it may be scratched (not visibly though). I didn't treat it especialy rough but I did put a stainless spoon in there.
Would I be ok in using it??

I wouldn't think twice about it. You'll be fine. In my opinion, the dangers of scratched plastic are vastly overrated. My bottling bucket is scratched to hell but I still use it, and without ill effects.
