my batch shrunk!?

So, I moved my batch from primary to secondary two weeks ago.. I have 5 gallons in secondary. I check on it today and its at 4.5 gallons...

1. I am using three piece arilock with Vodka. seems to be half full of vodka right now.

2. I use 6.5 gallon white "True Brew" pale with brand new blue lid.

Could I, or better yet.. should I...boil some water, cool it and add it to bring back up to 5 gallons or just take the loss and only bottle 4.5 gallons?

NO!!! Just bottle what you have.

I suspect it was really 4.5 gallons that went into secondary...

BTW, look into NOT moving to a second vessel as a 'normal' practice. IMO/IME, it should be reserved for those few times when it will be of actual benefit. The list of reasons is rather short.
