Just racked the following recipe:
6 lbs. Muntons Wheat DME (55/45)
1 oz Hallertau pellets (60 minutes)
Safale US-05
over top of the following:
2.25 lbs fresh cranberries
3 oranges, seeded (with peels)
3 apples, seeded (with skin)
3 cups sugar
(all put through the food processor)
Will probably let it sit for at least 3 weeks before bottling.
Thoughts? Opinions?
