I'm still a complete noob this will be either my 4th or 5th batch, depending on brew order. Im shooting for a light color brown ale and a distinct American Hops signature in an American Brown Ale. The ultimate goal is to find a Left Hand - Deep Cover Brown Ale recipe but I figured this might hold me over.
