Should i re pitch before bottling on a batch of "This buds for you" all grain from Midwest that has been setting at 40 deg for 42 days per the directions. If i do what process do I use thanks in advance

If you want to, you certainly can. You may not really need to, but you won't hurt anything if you decide to do it.

What I have done is boil my priming solution as usual, and allow to cool. When cool, add 1/4-1/3 package of dry yeast (Nottingham is fine) and pour into bottling bucket. Rack the beer into it, and bottle as usual.
