I moved about a month and a half ago. I packed up all the brewing stuff and haven't brewed yet, but the day after Thanksgiving, I think I'll brew an ESB. I'll spend this afternoon doing a dry run to make sure no critical pieces have gone missing. But I bet something has ... the trick will be finding out what it is so I don't discover it right in the middle of the sparge or something. Cheers!

The little things are often overlooked:
Don't forget to get some bottles of ice going in the freezer for the cooling down process.
Clean hoses?
A spray bottle?
Propane?

I don't know about your setup, but here's what I typically need:

Over-all
Sanitizer (StarSan)
Cleaner (PBW)
Sponge
Spray Bottle(s)
Garden Hose
Transfer Hose
Back-up Propane Tank (full)

Yeast Equipment:
Stir Plate
Erlenmeyer Flask
Stir Bar
DME

Mash
Grain Mill & Buckets
Grains (Recipe)
Mash Tun
Boil Kettle (HLT)
Propane Tank (w/ propane!)
Propane Burner
Screen / False Bottom (mine is fixed)
K-Meta / Campden (for chlorine)
High Temp Hose
Mash Paddle
Folding Ladder & Platform (for my "ghetto" setup)
Thermometer(s)
Wort Collection Bucket

Boil
Boil Kettle
Propane Tank (with propane)
Propane Burner
Irish Moss
Siphon Starter
Spray Bottle (to prevent boil-over)
Chiller
Stirring Spoon
Lid

Fermentation
Vessel (Carboy / Better Bottle / Bucket / Conical)
Yeast / Yeast Starter
Carboy Cap & Racking Cane (for siphoning)
Airlock and/or Blow-off tube
Sanitary Aerator / Oxygen Tank
Cleaned & Sanitized Aeration Stone & Associated Tubing

Dispensing (Many are optional items)
Empty Keg
O-Rings
Bottle Filler
Bottles
CO2 Tank (w/ enough CO2)
Appropriate fittings & tools

I may have missed something... and your set-up will certainly differ from mine. Good idea to set up a check-list, though!

Yeah, the things I'm concerned about are little things like is my extension cord long enough because the garage outlets are in different locations, and where is that extension cord? where's the socket I use to tighten the hose clamps, do I have all the quick releases, will the hose reach to the chiller, where's the thermometer, etc. It's all here somewhere - just wanna make sure it's all accessible and ready to go.
