I have not got into kegging yet (3.5 years of homebrewing). I plan on it once I have the room for a kegerator. Anyway, I read in a Byo that you could get some extra hop flavor in your bottled beer by adding a little hops the priming sugar/water solution. Has anyone tried this?

I have once. I used a french press, boiled up some water, tossed a couple oz in the press, and didnt add enough water. I would probably shoot for about 12 oz of water per oz of hops. It might seem like a lot, I think I did about 8oz and the hops soaked up nearly all the liquid. I cant say for sure that it made a big impact, as I did this in a IIPA with 16 oz of hops (total). It has huge hop flavor and aroma.
