I have a question about the hardware necessary on a pressure cooker for steam injection mashing. I've PM'd Brewman but he is apparently off line now.

Specifically, when you "T" off the steam source on the lid, what do you call that hardware and where could I buy it?

If you have done this, are there any suggestions and/or gotchas when I install the hardware?

Other suggestions??

I used a fully threaded brass pipe nipple through the lid. On the underside, there's a nylon washer with brass coupling. On the outside, there's a brass tee. I believe it's a 1/4" NPT valve from Lowes so the rest of the fittings are as such.
