What thinks all you brewing gurus 'round here?

Ok, I'm probably not a guru per se, however, I have brewed my share of stouts.

The recipe looks pretty good for a chocolate cream stout. I don't like cocoa in beer and would take that out of mine and I also like a pretty "Fuggly" stout and would substitue the Target. Seeing as this is a cream stout, I'd add a pound of caramel malt (I use Special 'B') for a little sweetness and to balance the roasted barley.

But overall, it looks good. I'm also just getting in to AG and am not sure if 8# of pale malt will do the trick. With the caramel malt addition, I think it will be okay though.

Hope this helps.
