So this is a combination of a True Brew Pale Ale kit, and a Stone IPA clone recipe. It's my second brew.
The Steep:
Crystal Malt grains for 25minutes.
The Boil:
1.5 gallons water (will add to 3 gallons, then top off to total 5)
1 can Hopped Light Malt Extract, 2 lbs Light Dried Malt Extract
Hop Schedule:
.5 oz Magnum for 60
.65 Perle for 60
2 oz Cascade for 15
1 tsp Irish Moss for 15
Dry Hop: 1 oz Cascade, 1 oz Perle, 1 oz Kent Golding for 7 days
Yeast: Ale (came in kit)
