Bottle Hang Tag Template? Where is it?

I saw a nice template someone on the forum made a few weeks ago and I cannot seem to locate it. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I think it was a word document that had templates for bottle tags.

I've used the search function, but am coming up empty handed.

No problem, enjoy them!!! I still say this all the time and no one does, but I would love it if people would post examples of their use of it on the second thread (the actually hanging tag threaad, not the bottling tips one)

Heck even pictures of the bottles would be cool to see. I'm really proud of coming up with something so classy and yet simple, and it gives me pride to see it used. :mug:

Is this template still available?

I tried to get to it and I'm being asked to log into Skydrive. Is there a way this can be made available without having a Skydrive account (since I don't have one).
