Anyone tried these? I got a book for Xmas with loads of recipes in it but not sure on them, they sound odd
 
I would refer you to Jack Keller's winemaking page, since I think he has recipes for these, but his site seems to be down...

Other than that...I'm curious about these as well.
 
I shall try it in the new year and add the recipe I used if it is good

Making the cabbage wine now, smells very cabbagy at the moment wil update next week when I strain all the crap from it. It said to mince it all but I didn't si might do that when it has finished fermenting and just strain it then.
