I have 8 kegs. 7 of them are Cornelius and 1 is Challenger VI. All of them have the Challenger post on them and half of them have the Challenger VI poppets and the other half have Cornelius poppets.

The question is, 6 of them seal fine, even with the mixed parts. Should I change all the poppets to Challengers or leave as is. I am going to change the ones on the kegs that are leaking.

I only fool with the ones that are leaking.

The ones that hold pressure fine, I keep all the parts together so they don't get mixed in with parts from other kegs.

M2c.

I wouldn't worry about switching them all around. +1 on only messing with the ones that leak. A little keg lube should fix anything minor with the poppets anyway.
