Pink Foam on top. Is it fermenting?

Did you aerate before pitching? If you did, they will eat up the O2 and reproduce and then start fermenting. Either way, you should be fine.
 
I opened the fermenter and its nice and foamy now. Very active fermentation. Im letting oxygen in as Yooper suggests. Whats my next step? Add the airlock in a couple days and just let it sit like a beer batch?
