How much pectic should I be putting into a gallon of pressed apples?, have allready added campden tablet

3/4 tsp per gallon is what my package says. Don't know what that would be in grams, my scale isn't accurate at low quantities.

If the juice is unpasteurized - which I assume it is since you added campden - you dont need to add pectic. It will clear on its own in a few weeks.
