Built-in/Undercounter Kegerator??

I am a complete newbie. I am building a house and having a built-in bar put in. I want to purchase a built-in/undercounter kegerator but don't want to spend a fortune. I am not really interested in doing the conversion option. Just want to find something that is pretty much ready to go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Perlick has the best Summit makes a good one as well way out of my price range that is why I built mine.

Had the Summit Built in for three years now, and nary a problem.
