Need some advice here,

I am stepping up to all grain brewing shortly and I would like to do 10 gallon batches of both high and low gravity beers. I am thinking about purchasing the 15 gallon all grain commercial kit from Midwest Supplies. I would then use the hot liqour tank as my brew kettle and then I would convert my current 8 gallon brew kettle into a hot liqour tank. I just dont want to have to purchase another 15 gallon brew kettle if I dont have to. Does this make sense?

Also, I plan on making this a lifetime hobby and so I would just like to skip the coolers altogether.

Thanks

Sure...seems fine. 8gal should be sufficient, and even if it isn't you can always top up and reheat during mash. Ain't nothing non-lifetime about coolers, though.
